BUYER BEWARE - BLOOMEX IS A SCAM
Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered 15 December. Delivery was not made and when contacting them was advised to expect delivery 19 December which was four days after the event the flowers were purchased.
It is now 10 January and flowers have still not being delivered.
Have contacted them several times for a refund and am either told I need to speak with the supervisor who is not at work or that they will re-send the order despite me demanding a refund.
Bloomex takes your money and does not deliver - as is quite evident from the multiple bad reviews about them that I should have read first - so buyer beware!

Be Warned. This Company is Absolute ***
Received a generic email from Bloomex stating they'll investigate the issue. They haven't, as per every other complaint you can read about this scam of a company. I'm not finished with them yet.

Did you know Bloomex has been investigated by the ACCC and taken to court due to their garbage service? They've also been awarded a "SHONKY" by CHOICE magazine in 2022.
For good reason.
This company is a toilet. Similar story to most others here:
1. Paid for same day service.
2. Not delivered, but did receive a phone call explaining delivery will be the following day.
Understandable, even though booked well before cutoff time. Advised by Bloomex they will waive the same day delivery fee. Nice.
3. Next day no delivery & no contact from Bloomex.
4.
Rang Bloomex only to be told delivery would not be taking place until the following Tuesday and immediately blamed their courier. That means six (6!) days late! Bloomex then offered an upsized arrangement, a better vase, chocolates & a teddy bear. Lovely!
5.
Something arrived Tuesday that was NOT upsized, had NONE of the extras and looked like they were bought at Colesworths.
I've asked for a full refund, have told my bank to back charge the entire cost, and written to the ACCC. These clowns should not be allowed to trade in Australia.
They are a Canadian company and have the same reputation overseas. They call themselves "Australia's National Florist."
They're a joke.

Got dead flowers delivered 4 days late
I ordered two lots of flowers for Mother's Day, on the 11 May 2023, the 14th come and went I sent an email and their response was it was the couriers fault and the flowers would be there on the 15 May that came and went and still no flowers, contracted again was offered a 30 dollar credit and a big sorry for them not showing up.
They arrived at the 17 May 2023, dead in a box squashed together in a small box ( I have photos). It was very upsetting for my mother and I sent off photos to Bloomed there response was to say they would resend the flowers and that they would be there by the 19 May, well guess what they didn't arrive, what a shocker I know, I sent off another email and guess what this time I was offered rudeness and a 30 dollar credit.
I wrote an email in steps to show how this merry-go-round of this company always goes back to the wow we are really sorry, but it's not our fault but the fault of the courier.
One thing for sure is it's not my fault and I want my money back so to be done with this company, but now it's gone up to a 35 dollar credit.

Hi MAte, Don't let them convince you to resend the items free of charge either. They just sent mine again and had promised an upsized arrangement, chocolates and a teddy bear.
As usual not delivered on the correct date, flowers left out in the sun, in a box at the front gate when people were home, no upsize and no chocolates. Pathetic.
